Terms & Conditions
You (“you” or “End User” or “your” or “Buyer” or “Customer”) are required to read and accept all the terms and conditions laid down in this Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) along with the linked Privacy Policy before using www.kirikiri.in (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, “Kiri Kiri”, “we”, “our”, or “Company”).
The Site allows you to browse, select and purchase jewellery, clothing, and accessories (“Products” or “Services”). These Terms govern your use of the Site and the sale and supply of Products.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and/or the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ELIGIBILITY
Use of the Site is available only to persons capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors (below 18 years) must use the Site only under the supervision of a legal guardian.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, false information, or suspicious activity.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In case of pricing or typographical errors, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund or store credit, at its discretion.
DISCOUNTS & SALE
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional events are final sale.

PAYMENTS
Orders above ₹15,000 are accepted via prepaid payment only. COD orders above this value may be cancelled by the Company without notice.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Once a prepaid order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
As all our jewellery is handcrafted and made-to-order, processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
If a cancellation request is raised before dispatch, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue Store Credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges).
Store Credit Terms:
• Store credit never expires
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Redeemable only on www.kirikiri.in
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
No cancellation requests will be accepted after dispatch.
Repeated cancellation attempts or misuse of cancellation policies may result in restriction or termination of account access.
CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
• Inventory limitations
• Pricing errors
• Quality concerns
• Verification failure
• Suspected fraud or abuse
If payment has already been processed and the Company cancels the order, the amount will be refunded or issued as store credit, at the Company’s discretion.
FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE ACTIVITY
The Company reserves the right to:
• Cancel orders
• Withhold fulfilment
• Disable accounts
• Refuse future service
in cases of suspected fraud, repeated cancellations, payment abuse, or misuse of policies. No refunds shall be issued in such cases.
EXCHANGES / REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
As all jewellery is custom-made or made-to-order, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
However, exchanges or store credit may be offered under the following conditions:
• Request raised within 3 days of delivery
• Product unused and in original condition
• Original invoice provided
Earrings are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In case of damaged or incorrect items, a valid unboxing video is mandatory. Approved cases may be replaced or issued store credit.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–72 business hours. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to third-party logistics or statutory clearances.
International duties and taxes are payable by the customer and are not included in the order value.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
By using the Site, you consent to receive communications via email, WhatsApp, or electronic records.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site and Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiri Kiri shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
