Refund policy

At Kiri Kiri, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted to order with great care. Because of the nature of our process, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellation

All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If your piece is not quite what you expected, you may request an exchange or store credit within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The jewellery is unworn and unused

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • The purchase receipt is included

Please note:

  • Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Items purchased during sale events are final sale.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Items purchased using store credit are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged on Arrival

If your jewellery arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Repairs

Our designs are intentionally delicate and should be handled with care. If your jewellery requires repair, we are happy to assist.

  • Repair charges start at ₹300, depending on the extent of the repair.

  • For online orders, please email clear photos of the damaged piece along with your original receipt, and our team will guide you on the next steps.

Please note that repairs may not be possible for:

  • Discontinued designs

  • Pieces purchased more than six months ago
